Privacy information

This page explains, in plain language, how information is handled during the MyCommercialManager public beta. It should be reviewed and replaced with formally reviewed legal documentation before a large-scale commercial launch.

Information you provide

We process account details, company and project information, Daily Records, rates, notes, photographs and documents that users choose to enter or upload.

How information is used

Information is used to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service, respond to support enquiries and investigate technical or security issues.

Cloud service providers

The beta uses third-party cloud infrastructure and authentication services to host application data and files. These providers process information so the service can operate.

Your project data

You retain ownership of the project information you upload. MyCommercialManager does not claim ownership of your Daily Records or evidence. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload project and personal information.

Voice input

Voice recognition depends on the user’s browser, device and permissions. Browser or device providers may process audio to provide speech recognition. Users can always type instead.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical controls are used to protect the beta, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Data may be retained while an account remains active and as reasonably needed for backups, security and legal obligations.
