These beta terms provide a practical starting point for limited testing. They are not a substitute for formally reviewed commercial terms before broad or paid use.

Beta service

MyCommercialManager is provided as a public beta for evaluation and feedback. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Back up any information that is critical to your business.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing records, calculations, exports and documents before relying on or issuing them. The service does not determine contractual entitlement and does not provide legal, financial or professional advice.

Finalised records

“Finalised” means that a user has completed the factual Daily Record. It does not mean that a client, approver, superintendent or other party has approved or accepted it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another organisation’s data, upload malicious content or store information you are not authorised to process.

Data and exports

You retain ownership of information you upload. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies and verifying exported information before use in other systems.

Availability and liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular contractual or commercial purpose.

Changes and suspension

The beta, these terms or access may be changed or suspended where reasonably required for security, maintenance, misuse or product development.
